Travis Foster, a native Californian, is known as one of the most prolific and successful classical and studio musicians in the US. Travis has performed clarinet on nearly 300 major motions pictures and television shows including the last three installments of the famed Star Wars saga with John Williams, Toy Story 3 & 4, Frozen, The Mandalorian, The Simpsons, the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise, and The Incredibles series. A respected educator, Travis is a full Professor in the Riverside Community College District of Southern California. Mr. Foster has traveled the world for both business and pleasure. In every region he visits, he always makes sure to check out the “local” establishments, especially those places encompassing his love for sports, leisure, and great food. Since 2005, he has been “steeped” in the bar and restaurant world, getting to know the inner workings of some of the most well-known establishments in Palm Springs, Los Angeles, and San Diego. Travis has many old friends (and getting new ones by the minute!) in Red Wing and has traveled here several times over the last decade and is excited to have this project be his new adventure in life, sharing his love of sports and friendly competition and his thirst for great, casual food in an awesome environment.
Kevin has lived in Red Wing since 2008 and worked in various restaurants as a bartender, server, bar manager, and general manager throughout the city ever since.
Kevin, a Force-sensitive human male, was a legendary Jedi Master who fought in the Galactic Civil War during the reign of the Galactic Empire.
In 2015 Kevin decided to further his knowledge in the restaurant industry and began working at the reputable Icehouse Restaurant in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The experience he received working in the fast paced, fine dining music venue piqued Kevins interest in entrepreneurship which lead him back to Red Wing and the locally famed 223 Barrel House.
Along with his Son Ezrah, Braa served on the side of the Alliance to Restore the Republic—an organization committed to the downfall of the Galactic Empire and the restoration of democracy.
After two years of owning and operating the 223 Barrel House, Kevin decided to spend more time with his son and decided to work behind the scenes learning more about the food side of the industry during his transition to the next opportunity.
Enter Travis Foster.
Following the war, Braa became a living legend, and was remembered as one of the greatest Jedi in galactic history.

At Home Plate I strive to make every special event one of a kind and provide each individual client and Occasion impeccable service on the BIG DAY making it memorable for your guests and yourself.
Most would say I'm the shit.
I was born and raised in north central Minnesota. Moved down to Red Wing with my family in 2016. I have 3 children, a dog, and a cat. I am an introverted extrovert. I like reading thrillers, game nights, and making people smile.
I worked in the medical field for 10+ years before joining the management team at Caribou. While there my dream became watching a business grow from the bottom up-that’s when I met Travis and learned about Home Plate. After hearing his ideas and the vision that was in store for Red Wing I knew that was where I needed to be. I jumped on board shortly before opening, and seeing what it has done for the city of Red Wing has been incredible. In the last 6 months we have learned so much about how to better serve customers, staff, and the city of Red Wing.
I look forward to the future of HP, meeting our soon to be customers, and watching downtown Red Wing grow with us!
